Loop — Privacy Policy

Loop is a single-player and shared-leaderboard puzzle game. We collect the minimum necessary to operate the Daily Loop leaderboard and to understand whether the game is fun. No account is required and no personal information is collected.

What we store on your device

• A random device identifier (UUID) generated locally on first launch.
• Your chosen display name (only if you play the Daily Loop).
• Your best score, best combo, settings (sound, haptics, accessibility), and analytics consent.

What we send to our servers

• Daily Loop score row: the device UUID, your display name, your score, best combo, and run duration. Sent only when you complete a Daily run.
• Gameplay analytics (optional): anonymous event counts (game opened, run started, run ended, loop drawn, daily submitted, share tapped) plus app version, platform, and locale. Used to improve the game. You can turn this off in Settings.

What we do not collect

• No name, email, phone, address, or payment information.
• No advertising IDs (no IDFA / no GAID).
• No location.
• No contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.
• No cross-app tracking. No Apple App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown.

Public leaderboard

Your display name and score are visible on the Daily Loop leaderboard. Please use a name that does not contain personal information. We filter obviously abusive names on submission and reserve the right to remove any name that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

Reporting and removal

To report an abusive name or request removal of your data, email [email protected]. We respond within 7 days.

GDPR (EU users)

Analytics is opt-in for EU users. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings. You may request export or deletion of all data associated with your device UUID by emailing us.

Children

Loop does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The game has no chat, no in-app purchases, and no advertising.
